Airing my heart out

I went into nature to while a few hours away, to give myself the chance to think and breathe. As I walked along with you my heart felt less heavy, less full troubled and I could feel peace creeping in. This is my communion- being here in nature, truly open to another soul. I bless these moments and hold them dear for they remind me who I am and why I am here. Surrounded by the abundant life waking up and beginning again I an encouraged and moved to action. But like the bird who carefully selects each twig, movement does not mean rushing, in some ways it is the opposite. I move first with my heart and then the rest follows.

    • I know that it has become a necessity in my life to do so. Between the stress and working in a building with not windows I have to remind myself that quiet and beauty are waiting for me.
